Is KLIP'S a watch?

No. KLIP'S is an accessory — a clip-on case dress-up and a replacement strap, designed exclusively to fit on top of an Audemars Piguet × Swatch you already own. There is no movement, no battery, no crystal, no crown and no timekeeping component inside our product. Without your watch underneath, a KLIP'S shell does nothing.

Is KLIP'S affiliated with Audemars Piguet or Swatch?

No. We are a fully independent French brand. Audemars Piguet® and Swatch® are mentioned on this site only descriptively, to indicate compatibility. We have no commercial, contractual or licensing relationship with either company. Their trademarks remain their property and we use them under the doctrine of nominative descriptive use only.

Is this a counterfeit?

No. We do not reproduce any logo, dial, hand, index, marking or protected design element of Audemars Piguet, Swatch, or the AP × Swatch collaboration. KLIP'S has its own original visual identity, its own colourways, and its own brand mark on every piece. The product photography on this site is generated with AI from our own designs and prototypes; no third-party image is reused. If you are looking for a fake watch, KLIP'S is not what you are looking for.

Will it damage my watch?

No. The shell clips on with mechanical friction only — no glue, no screw, no contact with the crystal, the crown or the caseback. It can be removed in about four seconds and the watch returns to its original state. That said, like any accessory, misuse (forcing it on a non-compatible watch, prolonged immersion, abrasive cleaning) can mark either piece. Will it void my watch's warranty?

The original AP × Swatch warranty is provided by Swatch and covers manufacturing defects of the watch itself. KLIP'S does not modify the watch in any permanent way (no opening, no engraving, no part replacement). To our reading, normal use of a KLIP'S accessory does not affect the Swatch warranty. We are not Swatch and we cannot speak for them; if you are uncertain, ask Swatch in writing before fitting your KLIP'S.

What is the lead time?

Most orders ship within 48 working hours. Maximum lead time is 3 months for back-ordered colourways or new batches. Full details on the shipping & lead time page.

Where do you ship?

European Union (free), United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway. We do not currently ship to the United States, Canada, Asia, Africa, Oceania or Latin America. We are working on it but we do not have a date.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes by default. Our mailers are unbranded recycled paper, no logo, no slogan. Inside, the product is in a kraft sleeve with the KLIP'S mark only. If you need a fully blank inner sleeve (gift), mention it in the order notes; we will pull the sleeve and add a thank-you card instead.

Can I return or refund?

No. KLIP'S sales are final. Each piece is a small-batch original creation; once it has left our workshop we cannot accept it back without exposing the brand to copying, reverse-engineering or resale of an item we can no longer guarantee as new. Do you sell gift cards?

No. We do not issue gift cards. If you want to offer a KLIP'S to a friend, place the order with their address and we will ship it discreetly with no invoice in the parcel (the invoice is sent by email to the buyer).

Do you have a press programme?

No. We currently do not run a press programme, do not respond to wholesale enquiries, do not send samples or loans, and do not offer affiliate codes. Thank you for understanding.

How do I contact you?

By email only, at hello@klips.watch. We answer Monday to Friday within two working days. We do not have a phone line, we do not have a chatbot, and we do not have a contact form. See contact.

Where do I follow you?

Only on Instagram and TikTok, both at @KLIPS.WATCH. Any other account using a similar name is not us. We never DM clients first, we never ask for payment in DMs, and we never sell through resellers.

Do you do colours on demand?

Not at the moment. We have eight colours and we focus on doing them well. If you have a strong colour suggestion, write to us — we read every email and the next batch's palette is informed by client requests.

My AP × Swatch is from a special edition. Will KLIP'S still fit?

Every AP × Swatch we know of (2024 standard release, 2024 special editions, 2025 batches) shares the same case dimensions. KLIP'S fits all of them. If a future AP × Swatch ever changes the case profile, we will update the compatibility page within a week.
