We answer everything by email. No phone line, no chatbot, no contact form forwarding to a CRM. Just a small studio reading the inbox every working day, in order of arrival, with no shortcut for VIPs.
Write to hello@klips.watch. We answer Monday to Friday, within two working days. Please include your order number when relevant — it shortens our reply by an entire round-trip.
For order issues, the most useful information is: order number, your delivery country, the symptom in one sentence, and (if applicable) one or two clear photos. For pre-purchase questions, the most useful information is: which AP × Swatch reference you own, your wrist size in cm, and the colour combination you have in mind.

Any other account using a similar name is not us. We do not DM clients first, we never ask for payment in DMs, and we never sell through a third-party reseller. If anyone messages you claiming to be KLIP'S and asking for payment outside klips.watch, screenshot it and forward it to us — it is a scam.
We answer DMs once a week as a courtesy, but every commercial question is handled by email. Please do not place an order through Instagram or TikTok, it is not possible.
Studio address
KLIP'S — Paris, France. Postal address provided on request for after-sale claims only. We do not receive walk-in visitors at this time, and we do not host pop-up shops or showroom appointments.
Languages
We answer in French and in English. We can also handle Italian, Spanish and German for short messages — please be patient on the reply time if your message is in one of those.
What we do not handle by email
- Press kits, samples or loans (we have no press programme).
- Wholesale, resale or affiliate enquiries.
- Refund requests outside the strict scope of the no-refund policy.
- Custom one-off colourways (we do not offer bespoke production).
- Authentication of third-party "KLIP'S" products bought outside klips.watch — we cannot certify what we did not sell.
Response times we commit to
- Pre-purchase questions: 2 working days.
- Order tracking issues: 2 working days, then we open the carrier claim on your behalf.
- Damage / non-conformity claims: 2 working days for the first reply, replacement shipped within 5 working days of validation.
- Lead-time clarifications: 2 working days, with the planned production slot in writing.
