KLIP'S is a marketplace between a video asker who funds a campaign and a klipper who produces short-form clips from that asker's source video.

KLIP'S is not the employer of klippers. Each accepted clip is an independent piece of commissioned work.

An asker publishes a campaign with a reward per accepted clip and a total budget. The budget is held on the platform and defines the maximum number of rewardable clips.

A campaign closes automatically when the remaining budget can no longer cover one reward.

A moment of a source video is never reserved. Several klippers may submit their own edit of the same moment, and each accepted clip is paid until the campaign volume is filled.

Refused automatically: the exact same publication link submitted twice on a campaign, and a klipper re-sending an almost identical cut of the same moment on the same network. Re-uploads, mirrored or speed-altered copies of another klipper's clip are a breach of these terms and can lead to account suspension.

Askers review submissions within 7 days. A clip that is not reviewed within that window may be escalated to KLIP'S support.

Approving a clip debits the campaign budget and credits the klipper wallet immediately. Rejections must be motivated when the brief was followed.

The asker keeps all rights to the source video and receives a perpetual licence to use approved clips.

Klippers warrant that their clips contain no third-party material outside the source video, other than the assets allowed by the brief.

A 10% platform fee applies to the asker's budget. Klipper rewards are never reduced by the fee.

Wallet balances are withdrawable from $25 and processed weekly. Fraudulent view counts void the corresponding bonus.

KLIP'S can suspend an account for duplicate submissions, stolen footage, artificial views or abusive review behaviour, and may withhold disputed amounts while investigating.
