$KLIPS is the community token of KLIP'S. Every commission the platform charges on an accepted clip is injected and locked into the community pool, in public. No private round, no insider price, no hidden wallet: the token exists to give the people who clip, and the people who fund clips, the ownership of what they build.

1,000 $KLIPS per USDC to the klipper and 500 to the asker. At the community-round price ($0.0001), a klipper paid $500 earns 500,000 $KLIPS : $50, or 10% of what they were paid. An asker who spent $500 earns 250,000 $KLIPS, $25.
Rewards accrue on your account now and are distributed with the community round at the Solana launch. Rewards are capped at 300,000,000 $KLIPS in total, the whole klipper rewards slice. Nothing is emitted beyond it. Earned $KLIPS are locked: they cannot be transferred, sold or withdrawn until the community pool reaches 10,000 USDC. They are distributed on Solana at launch.
The fee loop
There is a single fee on KLIP'S: 10% of an accepted clip reward, charged to the asker on top of what the klipper is paid. Deposits and withdrawals are free, forever. That commission does not go to a private account.

FAQ
Is $KLIPS a security or an investment?
No. It is a community token with no promise of profit. It exists to share ownership of the platform with the people who clip and fund clips. Contribute only what you are ready to lose.
When do I receive my tokens?
At launch, when the pool reaches 10,000 USDC and the mint goes live on Solana. Until then your contribution is recorded on the public ledger, in your account and on the round page.
What happens if the round never fills?
Nothing is minted and nothing is spent. Contributions stay in USDC in the pool and can be returned to the contributor on request.
Can the team dump on the community?
The platform slice is vested over one year and the community round and rewards unlock first. Every movement is on the public ledger.
Do klippers need $KLIPS to work?
Never. Clipping, getting paid and withdrawing USDC never require holding the token.
