We keep the minimum needed to run campaigns, prove who submitted which moment, and pay people.

What we store
Account data: email, display name, handle, chosen role.
Work data: campaigns you publish, clips you submit with their timecodes, review decisions and wallet movements.
Why we store it
To match askers with klippers, to enforce the one-clip-per-moment rule, and to keep an auditable payout history.
Sharing
Askers see the clips submitted to their own campaigns and the handle of the klipper. Klippers see their own submissions only.
We never sell personal data. Payment processing and hosting providers act on our instructions only.
Retention and deletion
Wallet and review records are kept for accounting purposes. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.
Ask for an export or a deletion at any time from your account and we handle it within 30 days.
